The fan is really nice, and my son loves how it looks in his room. However, we can't keep a bulb in the light. We have had it installed for one week, and already 2 bulbs have blown. We are using 40watt candelabra bulbs. Any suggestions as to a brand of bulb that might work better. These were GE bulbs. Also, the globe gets very hot.

This is the second Craftmade that I have purchased. I only purchased this for two reasons: looks and it is extremely quiet. Both fans that I have, you only hear the air. No hum. These are great for bedrooms due to the fact that they are very quiet (you can sleep) and good air movement. Highly recommend.
