We love the Minka Aire Concept fans. We have three of the Concept II fans (ceiling huggers) and one of the Concept I fans, all in white. They are sleek and contemporary looking and "disappear" into the white ceilings so your eye can focus on the decor of the room rather than the fan. They function beautifully. Very happy with our purchase and with CSN stores.

We are using this fan in our newly renovated kitchen and it's just perfect. Great look, great functionality and very well made. We are trying to find other places to use more of these in the house because we like it so much!

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. This fan looks great in my finished attic that has a low ceiling. The motor is extremely quiet, and the halogen light that comes with the fan emits a HUGE amount of light. Installation was very simple because the fan has a temporary hanging hook that allows you to wire it all up before final mounting. The wireless controller for this fan is great too, because it actually remembers what you set the fan on after you kill the power to the fan. This means you can have a hard switch on the wall AND the remote control. When you turn the switch off, then on, the fan will restore its light and speed settings automatically.
The only thing I didn't like was the very slight wobble it has at high speeds. However, I have not tried balancing the fan, and I do not see a need to, because it does not wobble much.
Service and delivery comments:
Product arrived in factory-new condition with no defects, scratches, or dents. Delivery time was very reasonable (standard shipping).
I inquired about shipment of my fan via e-mail at 7pm, and I received a response from a real person by 10am the next morning.

It is a great looking fan. However, we bought two of them, installed them in two different rooms and the remote for one also controls the other! (So you always have both fans doing the same thing--which is ridiculous.) The manufacturer is trying to help us solve this problem. [...]It is a very cool looking fan and moves air well.
