Use this product in a large room. It is very powerful even at lower speeds and would overwhelm a medium to small size room. The appearence is awesome for a tropical or ethnic styled decor.

I was looking for an outdoor tropical, yet contemporary fan for my Florida lanai. I also like the light which is built-in and doesn't hang down. The light is also dims. It come with a fancy electronic wall control for the light and fan speeds so you don't have to have any chains hanging down. Overall, the look is clean, contemporary with no hanging garbage, yet tropical.
