I felt that the "adding shipping insurance" was a bit of a scam. The site makes you feel that if you don't buy that insurance, the fan will come to you all busted up and it's your fault. In this economy, customers should be rewarded for using your site, not concerned about purchasing additional insurance to ensure that an item will be delivered in good shape.
